What to put in the message
- A sizing question — the room measurement and the doorway or staircase width. Getting a sofa bed into the room matters as much as the sofa bed.
- An order on its way — order number and pin code.
- A bulk or hostel order — item, quantity and the date you need it by.
- A damaged carton — photographs of the box plus the note you made on the delivery sheet, within 48 hours.
