Free cancellation any time before the consignment is handed to the freight partner.

Before dispatch

• Email care@kdecorfurniture.shop or call +91 79749 50003 with the order number.
• No cancellation fee and no restocking charge.
• We hand over within 1-2 business days, and a booked freight slot is hard to unwind — tell us as early as you can.

After dispatch

Once the carrier holds it we cannot recall it. Either refuse the delivery at the door, or accept it and return it within 10 days under the Return & Refund Policy — noting the mattress and assembly exceptions there.

Getting the money back

A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded in full to the original UPI ID or bank account within 5-7 business days. A Cash on Delivery order simply closes with nothing to return.

If the cancellation is ours

Occasionally a carton is damaged in storage, or a fabric is discontinued between orders. We write to you first, offer an alternative, and refund in full if you would rather not wait. We never substitute a different finish on our own judgement.
