Paying

How can I pay?
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery. No cards, net banking or wallets.

Is Cash on Delivery available on a large order?
Yes, on most serviceable pin codes, at no extra charge. Keep the exact amount ready.

Can I get a GST tax invoice?
No. This shop is not registered for GST because turnover is below the applicable registration threshold, so GST is not charged separately on the order and a GST tax invoice bearing a registration number cannot be issued — the price on the page is the amount payable and nothing is added at checkout.

Delivery

Will you carry it upstairs?
No. Delivery is to the door of the building. Boxes for beds, mattresses and sofa beds are large and heavy; plan for two people to move them inside.

How long will it take?
Handling 1-2 business days, then 2-4 business days business days to metro cities and 4-8 business days to the rest of India. Surface freight is slower than a parcel courier, and these are estimates.

The tracking has not updated for a day.
Normal on freight consignments — they scan at hubs rather than continuously. Write to us if it has been still for more than three working days.

The products

Does it come assembled?
Most items are flat-packed with fittings and instructions in the carton. We do not send an installation team.

My new foam mattress looks slightly thin.
Roll-packed foam can take up to 72 hours to reach full height. Leave it flat and unwrapped in a ventilated room.

Is the wood solid?
Only where the page says solid wood. Several pieces are engineered wood with a wood-grain finish, which is lighter and less expensive — the material is stated on every product page.

Returns

How long do I have?
10 days from delivery, unused, unassembled and in the original carton.

What cannot be returned?
Mattresses and toppers once the seal is opened, anything already assembled, and custom-size items.

The carton arrived crushed.
Note it on the delivery sheet, photograph it, and email care@kdecorfurniture.shop within 48 hours.
