Terms

The terms you are
agreeing to.

K Decor Furniture is a sole proprietorship operating an online shop from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. These terms cover what we sell, how an order is formed, and where a dispute is heard.

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by K Decor Furniture, an Individual Online Retailer (sole proprietorship) based at 48, basement, Plot No, near Archies Gallery, E-3, Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462016, India. We sell online only; there is no showroom to visit.

Contact for any matter arising from these terms: [email protected].

How an order is formed

A listing on this site is an invitation to offer, not an offer. Placing an order is your offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email, not when the payment is taken.

We may decline an order — for a pricing error, a stock error, an address outside India, or a PIN code the courier does not reach. If we decline after payment, the full amount is refunded within 5 to 7 business days.

Product descriptions and images

Dimensions, materials and capacities are stated as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and wood grain and fabric weave vary between pieces — a photograph is a guide, not a match.

Where a listing gives a weight limit or an age range, treat it as a safety figure rather than a marketing one.

We sell our own selection of bedroom and home furniture under our own name. We do not describe any item as authorised, official or manufacturer-warranted, because we are not an agent of any manufacturer.

Warranties

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law permits, goods are supplied without implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. What we do commit to is set out in the returns policy: an item that is damaged on arrival, incomplete or not what you ordered is replaced or refunded in full within 7 days of delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023).

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
